My honest self-exploration and creative expression have been sources of healing for me throughout my life. My calling is to help people heal themselves with a comprehensive and holistic approach.

In my clinical practice, I integrate

movement and pranayama (breathing techniques) with traditional talk therapy, Buddhist psychotherapy, and Art Therapy and Play Therapy.

Using a mindfulness-based approach, the focus is strongly rooted in compassion, acceptance and reconciliation therapies.

I specialize in grief and loss, trauma, attachment issues, chronic pain, anxiety complexities, and depression.

I work with children (7+), adolescents, and men and women.

Tiffany, PsyD(c),MA, RP, DVATI

I am currently completing my doctorate in clinical psychology. The research focus is self-love and contemplative psychology. Stay tuned!

I'm also completing a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies through Naropa University.

Registered Psychotherapist
I hold a Master's in Counselling Psychology and am registered with the CRPO as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I wrote my thesis on grief and grieving and created a comprehensive therapy guide and group format called Moving Through Grief. I also hold a post- graduate Thanatology Certificate from Sheridan College.

Professional Art Therapist

I hold a post-master's Art Therapy (DVATI) certification and am registered with the Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA). My capstone project focused on the neuroscience of trauma and the benefits of a mindfulness-based art psychotherapy protocol. This project led to developing the BETH (Be Empowered Trauma Healing) program, a 10-week expressive-arts-based program to help individuals manage trauma symptoms.

Play Therapy
Art therapy has allowed me to earn my Play Therapy credentials through the Canadian Association for Play Therapy.
