Rainbow Breathing

There are many ways to encourage kids to breathe deeply as a way to calm the mind and body.


This activity integrates a sensory aspect to the breathing exercise. By having the child use their finger tip to trace the arches while they are breathing, helps reduce stress.


Additionally, as the child moves from the small arch to the latest arch, their breath naturally deepens. After one round, children feel more grounded and more relaxed.
